DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT SET UP WITH YOU? IF NOT HOW DO I PAY?

You can make payment via Bank transfer. Clients are also able to set up an account with us which will give all our clients a 30-day invoice pay agreement.

HOW DO WE OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT?

All our clients have the option of opening a business account which will have the advantages of discounted rates as well as a 30-day invoice pay agreement. If you wish to open a business account please email us at info@tdcouriersuk.co.uk

HOW DO I KNOW MY GOODS ARE SAFE AND SECURE?

You will receive live email updates from when you book with TD Couriers up until your goods have been delivered. We will then provide you with an electronic proof of delivery (unless you request a hard copy)

ARE YOU OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND?

Yes, here at TD Couriers we are open 24/7, 7 days a week no matter what time or what day, we can have a driver collect anywhere in the UK within the hour!

I HAVE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MY GOODS.

At the time of your booking please advise us of any special requirements, whether at the collection point or the delivery point. All our team members will be more than happy to ensure your requirements are met.
